AboutMe
I’ve spent over a decade helping people thrive in their self-healing journey. From a young age, I knew I was meant to serve others in some way. I immersed myself in the field of psychology based on a deep desire to both understand myself & help others.
Through everything I’ve learned in the field and my own healing & personal development journey, I believe it’s essential to build a connection with our own inner guide to facilitate growth, healing, & transformation. My approach focuses on building this connection through mindfulness.

Therapy can be a powerful part of the healing process, especially when you feel safe, supported, and connected with the therapist you’re working with. That’s why I offer a free consultation call so you can get a sense of whether we’re the right fit before making any commitment.

Therapy length is highly individualized and depends on your goals, needs, and the kind of support you’re seeking. Many clients begin to notice positive change within 4–8 sessions. Shorter-term therapy can be helpful for a specific concern or life transition, while longer-term therapy may be more beneficial for deeper trauma work, personal growth, and changing longstanding patterns in relationships.

Sessions are 45–50 minutes long and are typically scheduled once a week at a consistent time that works well for your schedule. Weekly therapy helps build a strong therapeutic relationship and supports steady progress toward your goals. Depending on your needs and preferences, every-other-week sessions may also be available.

My current rate is $290 per 45–50 minute session. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. I also provide superbills for clients who would like to seek out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
